This information might be a visitors name and contact information, the dates and times of bookings, purchase information, consents and preferences. We also collect visitors email addresses for future communication if the visitor has expressed a wish to receive future communication. If the visitor has made a booking or a purchase we will retain the collected information for future referencing and for future communication. (This may include notes of phone calls or contact in the past for future referencing). This information will not be shared with third parties, unless circumstantially necessary and agreed upon (for instance if a visitor rents our equipment for an event and the event organiser requests visitors details for us to enter the site) The visitor will always have the option to express a wish not to be contacted in the future and we will delete their contact details and collected information. We do not collect or share any other personal information ourselves. Some embedded websites or services (facebook f.i.) behave in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website (more details below).
